At TeamCrawlers, we aim to provide high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction.

Payments

Payments for services may be made through approved payment methods, including credit cards, online payment gateways, or bank transfers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Failure to deliver agreed services due to technical issues on our side

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of custom software and data automation services, refunds may not be available once:

  • Work has already begun

  • Services have been delivered

  • Custom development work has been completed
     

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used.
